The Renno Pro 5-Step Process
Step 1

Step 2
Scope Clarity (What’s In, What’s Out)
We define:
- what rooms/areas are included
- what stays
- what level of finish you want
- what decisions affect cost and timing most
This is how we prevent scope drift.
Step 3
Planning + Selections (So the Build Doesn’t Stall)
Selections made late can stall the schedule. We aim to surface decisions early:
- tile and grout choices
- fixture and finish level
- flooring transitions
- plumbing and electrical impacts
Step 4
Build (Staged When Possible)
We sequence work to reduce rework and manage disruption. That includes jobsite protection, clean transitions, and clear “decision moments” so approvals don’t get buried.
Step 5
Quality Assurance + Final Walkthrough
Renno Pro uses a 287‑Point Quality Assurance Checklist to keep key checks visible from protection and prep through final walkthrough.
